What You'll Do

As a
Senior Business Analyst Manager & Product Owner
, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for Digital transformation and Student Information System projects.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and user needs.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
  • Support UAT planning and execution.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in EduTech and SIS to provide forward-thinking recommendations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in EduTech or SIS domain.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of student lifecycle processes (enrollment, grading, attendance, assessments, transcripts, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, or similar.
  • Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting within SIS is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of industry standards like Ed-Fi, xAPI, or IMS Global.
  • Experience in cloud-based platforms and mobile-first systems.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
