Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join our
Digital Banking Solutions
team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications to support IT development teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, operations, control functions, and security teams to ensure effective delivery of digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners, end users, and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements for new functionalities and services.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to explain requirements, address technical challenges, and refine solutions balancing business value and feasibility.
  • Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to manage project dependencies and timelines.
  • Design, execute, and document test scenarios and use cases in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for sprint planning, technical estimations, and development processes.
  • Develop end-user training materials, FAQs, and functional test cases.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in test case preparation.
  • Prepare MIS reports, track progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support the implementation of digital products and services across mobile and online platforms.
  • Apply Lean methodology to streamline work processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    ,
    Product Owner
    , or
    Product Manager
    .
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering successful digital products across mobile and web platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user needs, business goals, and market trends.
  • Experience working in
    Agile
    teams — creating user stories, identifying gaps, and managing large-scale project requirements.
  • Prior experience in the
    banking or financial services sector
    is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to analyze business objectives, build business cases, and perform financial modeling.
