About the Role

As a
Senior Business Analyst
, you'll bridge the gap between business and technology - translating business needs into functional solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of digital products across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with IT and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Design and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure smooth go-live.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and MIS updates for management.
  • Support digital product implementation across mobile and online channels.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Management, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
  • Experience in
    Banking / Financial Services
    domain preferred.
  • Proven expertise in delivering digital products across mobile and web.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user stories, and functional testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
    skills are a must.
