Are you a sales leader with a proven track record in Land Transportation, sea and Air Freight? Join ATS and drive our business forward.

Role Overview:

You will oversee our Freight division, develop the business portfolio, work with existing customers and build new relationships across Oman. You'll represent the ATS brand, lead by example, coach your team, and help us expand our Air/sea Freight & transport services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage new and existing sea, land & Air Freight books of business.
  • Visit customers regularly and ensure support is delivered.
  • Collaborate with in-house sales, operations, marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Execute all Freight jobs through the related team and ensure full customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership: set direction, groom sub-ordinates, and develop succession plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Freight forwarding sales in Oman.
  • Graduate in any discipline; strong integrity and communication skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, strategy implementation, and risk-management capability.
  • Experience working with Carriers, Transport Companies, and managing service providers.
  • Strong track record of revenue delivery and business growth.
