JOB PURPOSE

The Manager - Strategy & Planning will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the overall marketing strategy and plans for AWASR. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.

* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities.

* Define target audience segments and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them.

* Establish clear and measurable marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

* Collaborate with the Branding & Creative Content team to ensure strategic alignment in content development.

* Provide strategic guidance and direction to the Marketing Deployment & Execution team for effective campaign implementation.

* Work with the Analysis & Reporting function to monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to strategies and plans.

* Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product) to ensure integrated planning and execution.

* Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Graduate with 7-8 years of experience or a postgraduate with 5-7 years of experience.

* Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.

* Excellent understanding of marketing principles, channels, and best practices.

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

* Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory), Arabic is preferred.
