Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee the 5-gallon water PC bottle division. This role involves managing daily sales operations, leading and training a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will ensure strong customer relationships, coordinate effectively across teams, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Experience in Training team members to improve efficiency and performance
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and propose actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in sales processes and strategies; knowledge of the beverage industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG sector
