Additionally, MM focuses on beautification projects such as public gardens, parks, and children's playgrounds. With its own independent budget, the municipality's financial operations are subject to internal auditing and state financial regulations, while its developmental plans are reviewed by higher financial authorities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muscat for an Electronic Engineer at Muscat Municipality. The Electronic Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic components and systems. Daily tasks include working on circuit design, conducting electronics testing, and collaborating with other engineers on project development. The role requires a hands-on approach to addressing technical challenges and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electronic Engineering and Circuit Design
  • Strong background in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Testing of electronic systems and components
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
