Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our ERP product. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demos, closing sales, and creating awareness through effective marketing strategies. The candidate should have a strong background in software/ERP sales, with the ability to understand client business needs and propose suitable ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's ERP product to SMEs and large enterprises.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct ERP product presentations and demos to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and map them to ERP product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with technical/implementation teams to prepare proposals and solution documents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate interest in the ERP product.
- Develop marketing content such as brochures, case studies, and social media posts.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Stay updated on ERP product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in ERP/software product sales.
- Good understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RO RO per month
