Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our ERP product. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demos, closing sales, and creating awareness through effective marketing strategies. The candidate should have a strong background in software/ERP sales, with the ability to understand client business needs and propose suitable ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's ERP product to SMEs and large enterprises.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct ERP product presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and map them to ERP product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with technical/implementation teams to prepare proposals and solution documents.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate interest in the ERP product.
  • Develop marketing content such as brochures, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on ERP product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in ERP/software product sales.
  • Good understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RO RO per month
