
Business Development Executive – Chocolate Sales

Are you passionate about chocolate and driven by sales success? We're a growing chocolate company on a mission to build and expand our sales market in Oman — and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oman region for our range of premium chocolates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand visibility.
- Regularly report on progress, market feedback, and new opportunities to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or confectionery.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution in the Oman market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and own car (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and travel within Oman.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
