Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Service Engineer located in Muscat. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and managing networking tasks. The Service Engineer will also be responsible for deploying and maintaining IT solutions to meet the clients' needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Proficiency in Information Technology and Networking
  • Strong understanding of Network Security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP) are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
