Employees who travel on university business can count those days towards their onsite days.
The Assistant Director, Principal Gifts Projects & Analytics (Development Strategy Associate) will be responsible for supporting the deliverables and donor and prospect strategy of the principal gifts program within the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine (FJHM). Reporting to the Director of Principal Gifts Strategy at FJHM, this role will provide critical project management, donor and prospect analytics, and impact reporting support to leaders and fundraisers throughout the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine and in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University Central Development and Alumni Relations (DAR).
The Development Strategy Associate will support the creation of an array of donor-facing and institutional leadership-facing materials by conducting research, writing, reviewing, editing, and serving as a liaison to internal partners. - Lead project management for principal gift donor recognition programs, including naming opportunities. Collaborate across a variety of internal stakeholders throughout the enterprise to ensure appropriate and timely recognition of donor contributions in JHU&M facilities.
- Support the formatting of proposal and stewardship collateral for principal-level donors and prospects by creating bespoke creative layouts, utilizing templates, or liaising with internal and external graphic design resources.
- Continuously monitor and analyze donor engagement, philanthropic potential, and relationship milestones for existing principal gift donors throughout the donor lifecycle, ensuring that leaders are prioritizing the right donors and prospects at the right time.
- Identify and support qualification of new prospective principal gift donors throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine.
