We are looking for QS /Civil Engineer to handle Interior fit out project

  • Checking the drawing & tender documents

  • Taking out Bill of Quantities

  • Preparing Quotations, Reports

  • Preparing variation reports, Project close out documents

  • Attending site meetings & Supervision of the sites.

  • Exploring various products/ meeting suppliers for details.

  • Visiting Interior Region of Oman depending upon the project /Sales requirement.

Preferred Experience

5-10 years in related interior fit out or Contracting Industry (civil & electro mechanical knowledge)

Areas of Expertise

Good good communication skills, Excel & word .

Key Accountabilities

a) Checking the tender documents & drawings and taking out BOQ

b) Preparing the Interior fitout proposals

c) Visiting sites and preparing reports in English.

d) Preparing site reports, project close out documents.

e) Preparing variations and other claims.

f) Meeting suppliers and identifying various products & suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO1, per month
