The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RPA, AI-based OCR solutions, and development within the Python and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. They should show deep proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse, with the capability to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows.

Experience with complex, multi-step web processes (such as form submissions, file uploads, and CAPTCHA handling) is essential. A strong understanding of network infrastructure, particularly UniFi/Ubiquiti systems and PC/VM deployments is highly desirable. The candidate should also be skilled in building secure, scalable web interfaces using frameworks such as React and FastAPI. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of technical ownership, and the project management expertise to drive this initiative from concept to completion.

Task Requirements:

  • Take full responsibility for organizing, managing, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, including the effective utilization of resources and development of scalable capabilities.

  • Execute the company's strategic IT vision for automation across all departments and sectors, leveraging RPA bots, AI tools, and modern platforms to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Design and implement a secure, user-friendly customer-facing portal that supports document uploads, real-time tracking of service requests, and dashboard visualizations.

  • Develop backend systems, including databases and OCR engines, to extract structured data from scanned documents and other inputs as required for automated processing.

  • Build or integrate automation bots (e.g., Selenium, Power Automate, UiPath) to perform tasks such as filling out and submitting forms, uploading documents, and completing payments on government portals or other internal/external platforms.

  • Implement robust infrastructure for error handling, activity logging, audit trails, and administrative dashboards to ensure transparency, traceability, and operational resilience.

  • Automate invoice processing and data entry workflows using AI-powered OCR tools to eliminate manual data entry and improve accuracy in financial operations.

  • Develop and deploy AI-based tools and API-driven automations for HR tasks, including overtime tracking, attendance logging, and other administrative functions.

  • Integrate UniFi infrastructure (e.g., UDM, NAS, user access tracking) with Microsoft services (e.g., Power BI, Entra ID sync) to create a seamless and scalable digital environment for both employees and customers.

  • Document all systems, processes, and configurations, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure a smooth handover and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
