Role Description

The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue management strategies and optimize room revenue for a pre-opening property voco hotel in Muscat. Key responsibilities include analyzing market performance, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, implementing pricing strategies, and maintaining accurate forecasting. The role requires collaboration with the sales and operations teams to align strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Muscat.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition strategies
  • Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles relevant to hospitality management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in pre-opening hotel projects, is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and business intelligence tools
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
