Document Controller
to ensure our documents are well-managed, secure, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the flow of all project documentation within the organization (soft and hard copies).
  • Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures across departments.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Monitor document versions, revisions, and approvals in alignment with company policy.
  • Liaise with HR, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to collect, review, and distribute required documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and document status summaries for management.
  • Ensure compliance with Classera's document retention and archiving policies.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation as requested.
  • Train internal teams on document management best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in document control, administration, or records management (preferably in IT, EdTech, or project-based environments).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and document management software (e.g., ZenATS, ERP, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality management frameworks.
  • Experience in a multi-country environment (MENA focus).
  • Knowledge of HR and project documentation processes.
