Overview

We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Relationship Executive to join our growing startup. This role combines sales and support responsibilities, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving adoption of our proptech services, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.


• Present and pitch our services to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive trust and retention.


• Provide ongoing support to clients, resolving queries through calls, messages, and meetings.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.


• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.


• Support both pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements


• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.


• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing client accounts.


• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.


• Previous experience in property management, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage.
