Role Description

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Muscat office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, providing outstanding customer support, and representing Bayan Investment House in a professional contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce our real estate and investment products and services.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Background in Real Estate, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, or Investment/Financial Services is a significant advantage.
  • Proven skills in Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in computer use (Computer Literacy).
  • Experience in a sales-oriented contact center is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in the Arabic language is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
