We are seeking an experienced
Project Director
to lead the development, planning, and execution of major mining projects. This role involves overseeing projects from concept to commissioning, managing multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining direct accountability to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic project planning, feasibility studies, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards while managing risks and compliance.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government and industry partners.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and ethical work culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years' experience managing major mining or industrial projects, full lifecycle experience.
  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with Copper Concentrator Projects (Greenfield to Commissioning) is a must.
