Opportunity: Omani Partner for Technology Startup

We are ARAA Technologies LLC, a technology company established in Muscat. Our focus is on building innovative messaging, payment, and digital communication platforms and design website an application that serve enterprises and financial institutions in the region.

As part of Omanization requirements, we need to appoint at least one Omani in our company. Instead of hiring in the traditional way, we are looking for an Omani partner who wants to be part of a growing technology business.

What we are offering:

Equity Share: 2% of company shares.

Profit Share: 15% of net sales commission.

Role: Official Omani employee in the company (registered in the system).

Support: You don't need to work full-time; the focus is on legal compliance and partnership.

What we expect from you:

Monthly contribution: Covering the cost of the minimum legal salary for one Omani employee (~400 OMR per month). This ensures compliance with labor law.

Commitment: Be an active partner in representing the company locally when needed.
