• � Tender Management:
o Identify and pursue government tenders and transport contracts.
o Prepare, review, and submit quotations and proposals.
o Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.

• � Fleet Engagement & Revenue Generation:
o Plan and allocate vehicles (tippers, trailers, prime movers, car carriers, flatbeds) for projects.
o Monitor fleet utilization to maximize efficiency and profitability.
o Negotiate and secure transport contracts with clients.

• � Project & Operations Management:
o Oversee project execution from tender award to completion.
o Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams.
o Track project performance, budgets, and timelines.

• � Client & Stakeholder Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and clients.
o Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and site visits.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience in government tendering and transport operations.

• Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle transport (tippers, trailers, prime movers, etc.).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management systems.
