Position: Sales & Growth Executive
Location: Muscat, Oman
Salary: 350 OMR + performance-based bonuses

Nourish Kitchen is Oman's longest-running healthy meal prep brand, founded in 2016. We provide fresh, nutritious meals through our meal plans, retail outlet, and catering services. We're passionate about making healthy eating more accessible — and we're looking for an energetic, driven sales professional to help us grow.
The Role
We're seeking a Sales & Growth Executive to drive revenue, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence in the community. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, business development, outreach, and customer relationship management, with a focus on converting leads into loyal customers.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outreach to gyms, corporates, nurseries, and other community partners
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Represent Nourish Kitchen at events, exhibitions, and activations
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions to drive awareness
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track performance, and report on sales activity
- Assist with daily operations, administration, and occasional food service support when required
- Contribute ideas for new sales strategies, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales or business development experience (F&B, health, fitness, or lifestyle industries preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills — both face-to-face and online
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer skills, including CRM use, Excel, and basic social media marketing
- Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition (training will be provided)
