Project Administrator

Scope of Work:
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including workshop/meeting administration and the establishment and maintenance of the filing system.
• Develop a weekly/monthly reporting calendar.
• Make regular assessments on the progress of projects and assist project managers with useful and effective feedback.
• Provide a central coordination point for change management training, both internal and external.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
• Coordinate the testing activities (UAT) with the business users
• Final sign off, documentation process and migration to the production environment.
• Acts as a liaison between business users and technical analysts / developers in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and support of systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Coordinate with the Project Manager to align Business analysis tasks into project plans.
• Coordination with the business and IT teams on various project management activities.
• Support the timely and effective implementation of in house and vendor projects.
• Coordinate and ensure implementation of detailed requirements from the business stakeholders on: -

• Ensure effective documentation for all projects and CRs managed. Provision of user guide to the training department for end user training.
- Reporting:
• Develop and maintain project registers and reports
• Collect, summarise and analyse information and provide feedback on variances
• Implement and manage the weekly and monthly reporting cycle, chasing information as required and challenging the quality of the component data.

Support processes for governance/reporting for programmes and projects
• Maintain and updates project inventory and project review documentation in EPM
