Job Summary
The Office Administrative Assistant handles routine administrative tasks, supports internal departments, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Organize files, documents, and internal records (digital and physical).
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support team coordination.
- Assist with basic data entry, document preparation, and updating internal systems.
- Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist HR and management with routine administrative tasks when required.
- Coordinate with clients for simple follow-ups or appointment confirmations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Work with the internal team to support administrative needs related to software or service projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and document management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
