About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Marketer & In-Store Customer Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital content creation, skilled in video editing and graphic design, and capable of building engaging online campaigns while also managing customer interactions in our physical shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and publish creative content (videos, graphics, reels, stories, posts) across social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Manage daily customer interactions in-store, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming experience.
  • Capture and edit product photos/videos for marketing use.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries online and in-store.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
  • Support shop operations when required (arranging products, assisting with sales, etc.).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing.
  • Skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
  • Strong communication skills, both online and face-to-face.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both digital and physical customer engagement.
  • Arabic & English is a must.
