The service center operates in Muscat with a six-day workweek, closing on Fridays.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Supervisor based in Muscat, Oman. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage and guide technicians, ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the customer service team, monitoring work schedules, tracking parts management, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in workshop management, team supervision, and operational coordination
  • Technical knowledge in automotive mechanical and electrical services
  • Strong skills in communication, scheduling, and customer service
  • Experience in spare parts
  • Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in a workshop setting
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making
  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience with premium automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or similar is a plus
