Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Muscat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects and the satisfaction of client requirements.

Qualifications

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Visit clients on-site to present company products, solutions, and services.

Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or other reporting tools.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
