We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Engineer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical and aesthetic equipment, with a proven track record of sales and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Omani market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
Service:
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for medical and aesthetic equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and service of medical and aesthetic equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Oman.
