Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage international real estate sales operations
  • Develop strategies to attract international investors and buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across the GCC and global markets
  • Oversee negotiations, closing deals, and after-sales service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Train and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales (international exposure preferred)
  • Proven track record in achieving high-value sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and real estate market trends
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1, per month
