We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property development sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and regional real estate stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, marketing strategies, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with project objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
- Represent FullHouse GCC at real estate exhibitions, forums, and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in
real estate, property marketing, or business development
. - Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
. - Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. - IT fluency
and ability to use CRM and sales tracking tools. - Fluent in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
