Telesales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Telesales Team Lead to manage and motivate our telesales team in a fast-paced call centre environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound telesales, strong leadership skills, and prior experience in industries such as Real Estate, Banking, or Telecom. Candidates from other sectors with relevant telesales and team management experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through structured feedback, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and sales scripts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and support team members in complex negotiations.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong background in 
    call centre environments

  • Preferred industry experience: 
    Real Estate, Banking, or Telecom
    .
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and implement action plans.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
