About the Role

As the
Sales Manager
at
Wall Street English
, you will lead the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and drive business growth. You'll oversee the team's performance, develop strategies to improve lead conversion, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students throughout the sales process. Working closely with the Marketing and Service teams, you will play a key role in achieving the company's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
  • Track sales KPIs and provide accurate reporting to management.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective consultations and follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely updates.

Requirements

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : Minimum
    3+ years
    in sales management, preferably in
    education, training, or service industries
    .
  • Proven track record of
    achieving and exceeding sales targets
    .
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools
    and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in
    English
    required;
    Arabic proficiency
    is an advantage.
