Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Muscat. The Sales Engineer will drive the sales process by identifying client needs, proposing suitable design and fit-out solutions, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. The Sales Engineer is also tasked with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Requirement & Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Engineering and a deep understanding of technical solutions
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and concerns
- Ability to provide Technical Support and collaborate effectively with design and project teams
- Relevant experience in the interior design or fit-out industry is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to meet client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Expert in Quantity Calculation & Take-Offs.
- High-level skills in 2D & 3D Drawing (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Available to join Immediately.
- Must be Arab National.
