Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an External Audit Supervisor based in Muscat. The Audit Supervisor will oversee the execution of audit assignments, prepare and review financial statements, and compile audit reports. The role involves leading audit teams, providing guidance for analytical procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will also liaise with clients to address audit findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Auditing or related field.
  • Strong academic credential.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Auditing.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
  • Expertise in Financial Statements and preparing Audit Reports
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
