Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Duqm for a Fish Processing Quality Control professional. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of all seafood products, implementing quality control standards, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the production team to address quality issues and conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in conducting inspections and audits
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the seafood industry is a plus
