Company Description
Bait Zain is the first licensed concept holiday home operator in Muscat, setting a new standard for hospitality and experience-led stays in Oman. We partner with homeowners to transform properties into curated, story-driven short-term experience stays, focusing on local heritage and artistic expression.
Bait Zain provides end-to-end hospitality services, including guest experience design, international listing, and daily operations such as housekeeping and concierge.
Our first project, The Muttrah Collection, features seven uniquely designed heritage holiday homes in Muscat, fostering cultural experiences and connections among tourists. We seek homeowner partners who share our vision of bringing properties to life through elevated, experience-led design.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Marketing Executive located in Muscat, Oman. The role involves generating new business leads, developing and maintaining business relationships, managing accounts, and driving overall marketing initiatives. Also will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients, coordinating with homeowners, and promoting Bait Zain's unique hospitality offerings.
The ideal candidate must based in Muscat and capable of taking ownership of the business's early-stage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals and agreements.
• Maintain a CRM or lead-tracking system and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, and pricing strategies in Muscat.
• Create and implement strategies to attract and retain clients
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and negotiations.
Marketing & Social Media
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote holiday homes.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including ads, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Monitor analytics to optimize marketing performance and lead generation.
• knowledge in SEO, Google ads, media buying is a plus
Operational Support
• Assist in structuring ideas into actionable steps and timelines.
• Coordinate listings, meetings, calls, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between the founder and clients or partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields, ideally in tourism, real estate, or hospitality.
• Strong marketing and social media knowledge, including content creation and campaign management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and independent — able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.
• Trustworthy, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable.
• Local knowledge of Oman and networks in Muscat are highly desirable.
