As our
Business Development Manager – Middle East Region
, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to strengthen our market presence, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth in one of the most dynamic and competitive hospitality markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to strengthen the company's multi-property portfolio and accelerate growth and profitability across the Middle Eastern market.
- Represent
Heritance Aarah Maldives
, showcasing its sustainability credentials and luxury positioning, supported by completed LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) online training. - Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, identify new business opportunities, and explore potential partnerships in the region.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, trade partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business development.
- Drive sales initiatives by negotiating commercial contracts, securing corporate and group bookings, and achieving targeted revenue goals.
- Elevate brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives, networking, and active participation in relevant industry events and exhibitions.
- Plan and execute engaging in-person events and webinars to strengthen relationships and enhance brand recognition within the market.
- Undertake regular sales visits within the region to develop new business leads and reinforce relationships with existing and prospective partners.
What we are looking for
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
- A self-driven business development professional with experience in hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong network within the Middle Eastern tourism and corporate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
