Role Summary

The Head of Trading & Sales will lead the commercial strategy and execution for chromite and gypsum sales. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international markets and clients for chromite and gypsum.
  • Negotiate and finalise sales contracts, securing favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor global market trends and adjust strategies to maximize competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure efficient contract execution.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in mineral trading or sales, with strong exposure to international markets.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
