Role Description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time, on-site role, based in Muscat, will involve overseeing accounts, budgeting, cash flow management, and supporting audits. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial practices and reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including expertise in financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in tax compliance, VAT consultancy, and financial regulatory requirements
  • Experience in financial software and technology solutions related to accounting and administration
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA,CPA,CMA or relevant certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English; knowledge of local tax regulations is an advantage
