Key Responsibilities:


• Daily vehicle and driver coordination


• Preparing and sending quotations to customers and following up


• Fuel tracking and operational cost monitoring


• Trip documentation and scheduling


• Coordination with clients, workshop, and drivers


• Ensuring adherence to SOPs and HSE requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in transport/logistics operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office & email)
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and improve processes effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multitasking responsibilities in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of the energy logistics and supply chain industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
