Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Manager – Technology Solutions
to lead and manage our sales operations across Muscat and Salalah. The candidate must bring proven experience in
SaaS, POS systems, Robotics, and Communication Platforms (SMS & WhatsApp solutions)
. This is a leadership role requiring strong business development expertise, team management capabilities, and the ability to grow market share in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across SaaS, POS, robotics, and communication solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive consistent revenue generation.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Muscat and Salalah sales teams.
- Monitor performance and conduct training to ensure target achievement.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture.
- Business Development & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide customized solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise, SME, and government clients.
- Market Growth & Expansion
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and product promotions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven sales management experience
in technology solutions. - Strong background in
SaaS, POS systems, Robotics, and Communication Platforms (SMS/WhatsApp APIs)
. - Experience managing multi-branch operations (Muscat/Salalah or similar).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Oman and GCC markets.
- Arabic and English fluency is mandatory
(written and spoken). - Valid Omani/GCC driving license and own car are required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SaaS subscription models and digital transformation trends.
- Exposure to
hospitality, retail, F&B, and government sectors
. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
