We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our POS hardware and software sales, Robotics, SMS/Whatsapp operations in
Muscat, Oman
. The ideal candidate should have over
5 years of hands-on experience
in technology, a strong background in
team management
, and fluency in both
Arabic and English
. This is an
onsite role
, and a
valid driving license with own
is essential due to client visits and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and deployment of technology line of businesse
  • Supervise and mentor a team of
    5+ sales and support staff
    to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across retail, F&B, and service sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and oversee installations.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize offerings.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on latest technologies related LOB.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
    in SaaS or tech products sales
  • Proven experience in
    managing a team
    (minimum 5 people).
  • Bilingual:
    Fluent in Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Valid
    driving license + own car
    with willingness to travel for client meetings and installations.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, retail technologies, and market trends in Oman.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer success and operational excellence.
