  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and process engineers, to ensure project integration and alignment.
  • Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for civil engineering scope of work.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with civil engineering aspects of oil and gas projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, including pipelines, terminals, and processing plants.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
