Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer located in Muscat. The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, developing structural engineering designs, and collaborating with civil engineering teams. Additionally, the role involves utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and AutoCAD for designing and drafting structural components. Day-to-day tasks include assessing project requirements, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
  • Experience in Civil Engineering
  • Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD
  • Excellent and creative out of the box problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering field
  • Professional engineering license or certification is a plus
  • Experience in the architecture or construction industry is advantageous
  • OSE membership active
  • Knowledge/experience with local regulations
