Role Description

Architectural Engineer
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, sketches, and 3D elevations; ensuring design compliance with municipality regulations; and coordinating closely with structural and MEP engineers. The role involves meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and translating ideas into creative and practical design solutions. The candidate should be passionate about design, capable of working under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural sketches, concept designs, and detailed 3D elevations.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local municipality regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design consistency.
  • Participate in client meetings and present design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure smooth design execution.
  • Work creatively to deliver innovative and functional design solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture
    ,
    Architectural Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience
    in architectural design and coordination.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software including
    AutoCAD
    ,
    SketchUp
    ,
    Revit
    , and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of local
    municipality regulations
    is essential.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage.
