  • Assist the kitchen Sous chef in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipe specification.
  • Assist in plating for serving with efficiency and minimum wastage.
  • Possible assistance in baking when required.
  • Assist kitchen sous chef in stock counts.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order.
  • Help with setting and breaking down stations in the kitchen.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and assist with maintaining all necessary documentation, including temperature checks, food labelling and dating.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients in correct proportions per milligrams during plating.
  • Help with early morning production for second Pick and Go branch.(potential expansion)
  • Storing deliveries according to procedures set by company.
  • Clean and sanitize cookware and kitchen utensils.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO per month

Experience:

  • hot kitchen and preferably some exposure to baking: 2 years (Preferred)
