Role Description

As HR Manager, you'll manage the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment and performance management to training, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Oman Labor Law. You'll partner with leadership to build a motivated, capable, and future-ready workforce.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Essential)

-MBA or CIPD/SHRM certification (Desirable)

-Experience in FMCG or the food industry is a plus

What We're Looking For

-7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role

-Strong understanding of Oman Labor Law and HR best practices

-Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

-Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office

-Strategic thinker with the ability to balance people priorities and business goals

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all departments

-Ensure compliance with Oman Labor Law and internal HR policies

-Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support fair disciplinary processes

-Drive performance management by guiding managers on KPIs and appraisals

-Identify training needs and implement effective learning & development programs

-Develop and update HR policies and procedures for consistent operations

-Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with Finance

-Track and report key HR metrics to support business decisions
