Role Description

This is on-site role located in Oman for a Health Safety Environment Advisor at BGD Value Contractor. The Health Safety Environment Advisor will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting safety audits, implementing EHS programs, overseeing occupational health initiatives, and ensuring the proper application of NEBOSH standards. The advisor will work closely with project teams and management to maintain a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and skills in Health & Safety, EHS, and Occupational Health
  • Experience with NEBOSH IGC
  • Auditing skills to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Salalah
  • Relevant certifications and experience in civil construction
  • Degree/Diploma in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field
  • Experience of Inspection of vehicle equipment as per OPAL standards
