Job Description – Head of Sales (Oman)About EduFi
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with school and university owners, a solid understanding of financial products, and a proven ability to close institutional partnerships. Candidates with prior experience in banking or fintech will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard schools, colleges, and universities across Oman.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential education partners.
Leverage personal network to secure MOUs and long-term contracts with institutions.
Negotiate and close B2B deals with C-level decision-makers.
Work closely with EduFi's product, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
Represent EduFi at key education and fintech events in Oman.
Report on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
7–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in education, banking, or fintech.
Strong network of decision-makers in the education sector in Oman, including school and university owners.
Experience in selling financial or B2B SaaS products is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Prior role at a bank or financial institution, with exposure to credit products or institutional finance.
Proven track record of closing large B2B contracts in Oman.
