  • Develop innovative landscape design concepts that harmonize with the environment and cater to client needs.
  • Conduct site analyses to assess soil, climate, and ecological conditions, ensuring designs are sustainable and contextually appropriate.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Revit & outline detailed landscape plans, including planting schemes, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems using advanced design software.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals using Photoshop to create presentation boards, renderings, and visual overlays and design presentations to clients & effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the project.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of landscape design and installation are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits during installation to monitor progress and resolve any design challenges that may arise.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance recommendations and landscape management plans to ensure the longevity and health of designed spaces.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape design, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to conduct fieldwork in various weather conditions, often requiring on-site presence.
