We're recruiting an experienced 'Marketing Manager' to join a well-known real estate company based in Muscat, Oman.

Our client is a distinguished real estate company in Oman, recognized for its strong presence in property development, sales, and leasing across the region. With a reputation built on trust, transparency, and quality, the company has played a key role in shaping Oman's real estate landscape. Their diverse portfolio includes residential communities, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments that reflect modern design and meet the growing needs of investors and residents alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for individual properties, utilizing online and offline advertising, signage, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to ensure effective promotion and optimal property showcasing
  • Create compelling property listings across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and print media
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, email campaigns, and social media activities
  • Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Track expenses and measure ROI for marketing activities, refining strategies as required
  • Lead public relations efforts, including media engagement, press releases, and event management
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing
  • 10–12 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with property developers in Oman or other Gulf countries
